OCS AMERICAN CAPITAL LTD (U.K.), a private limited company chartered and registered under the laws of the United Kingdom, provides bond-financing for qualified borrowers to fund eligible projects throughout the World.

The projects are financed with proceeds from low-interest, long-term industrial development revenue bonds issued by bodies politic and corporate, and by political subdivisions of local, state and federal government agencies.

The government-issued revenue bonds are taxable, unrated and privately-placed with sophisticated and accredited institutional investment funds. In some cases, the bonds are credit enhanced with Treasury wraps or other forms of government securities or bank instruments. In most cases, credit enhancement for the bonds is not required.

Our History . . .         OCS American Capital, Ltd. (U.K.) of London, England is primarily an investment company that works closely with banks and hedge funds in the private-placement of government-issued industrial development revenue bonds in the United Kingdom and Switzerland. OCS American Capital Ltd (H.K.) of Hong Kong is the managing partner of several joint venture investment partnerships that fund the private placement of government-issued industrial develoment revenue bonds. OCS American Capital, Ltd. Co. (U.S.), with corporate offices in Las Vegas, Nevada is primarily an international bond-law consulting firm. OCS American Capital provides technical and professional services to local, municipal, state and federal government agencies in the United States and South America. OCS American Companies Inc has been in business since 1974.  It started out as a partnership on July 12, 1974..  It was, at that time, known as Olguin, Colligan & Strand, Ltd.  It received its corporate charter on November 14, 1974 and became known as OCS Corporation.  It changed it's name to OCS American Capital Ltd Co in 1989 when it received its corporate charter from the State of Delaware in 1989.
